The purpose of Stichting Perforator consist of developing, performing and distributing arts in general, with special emphasis on electronic, electroacoustic and acoustic music, and all other matters related to the aforementioned.

Stichting Perforator has an ANBI status. (An ANBI is an institution that serves the general interest of society. An ANBI does not have to pay any inheritance or gift tax on the income it receives through gifts or legacies.)
